Individual Counseling

Individual counseling sessions provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to explore your unspoken thoughts and feelings. Using a compassionate and collaborative approach we’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck so we can work towards real and lasting change.

Clinical Supervision

I am certified as a Washington state approved clinical supervisor. If you are a recent graduate and/or actively working towards licensure I would love the opportunity to work with you! I currently provide both individual and group supervision twice per month.

Rates: $75 per hour for individual; $50 per hour for group (minimum 4 participants)

How it Works:

1. 15-Minute Consultation

If you’re feeling like you’re ready to commit to individual counseling, go ahead and shoot me an e-mail here and I’ll get you scheduled!

2. Intake Paperwork

Once you’ve decided you’re ready, I’ll send you all the intake paperwork you’ll need to complete before our first session. You’ll also receive an email from Zaya Health if you’re accessing OON benefits. You’ll want to sign up with them right away so they can start submitting our OON claims right after our first session.

3. First Session

The first session is a lot of information gathering. You’ll share what brought you to therapy and we’ll explore, on a larger scale, what things could have led to this moment. First session jitters are totally normal but I’ll do my best to make you feel comfortable. We’ll also discuss goals and determine frequency of sessions. 

Before I started working with Saysan, I thought I was broken… but she showed me that the feelings I was having were confirmation that I wasn’t. I’ll be forever grateful for that.
