I want you to know that therapy doesn't have to feel stuffy or stale. It can be cool, transformative and even fun if you really click with your therapist. Don’t get me wrong, therapy can be really challenging but I do my very best to make this space feel comfortable, supportive, and as laid back as possible.

Studies show that success in therapy has more to do with the connection you have with your therapist than anything else. How rad is that? If I'm your people (and if you’re here, then I think I probably am), then we can do incredible work together!
I care deeply about my clients and don't claim to be the expert in their lives. My approach to therapy is genuine and holistic and incorporates CBT and mindfulness techniques. In my sessions, I use honesty, humor, and empathy to empower you to rediscover the strength that’s already within you.
I'm an Enneagram 2 and have often been the listening ear for friends and family. I naturally care about people and want them to feel like they have a voice and a place in a world that sometimes feels super isolating. I'm hoping The Relatable Therapist pulls back the curtain on what it means to be in therapy and highlights that you don't have to be in crisis to seek help… but if you are, that’s okay too.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our two girls, ages 2 and 4 (I see you mamas) or running a local small business that I co-own with my girlfriend. A few of my favorite things: listening to podcasts (I always start my day with Up First and The Daily), cooking/baking, grabbing a bite to eat with friends, and watching true crime documentaries.
